Access to and use of the Service are conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and individuals who access or use the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Services
Silicon Shine Cleaning LLC serves as a referral agency connecting clients with independent cleaning professionals. We are not liable for damages or losses caused by third-party cleaning providers, including but not limited to property damage, theft, or injuries. By using this platform to schedule services, you agree to release Silicon Shine Cleaning from liability or claims related to third-party cleaning services.

Service Description
Silicon Shine Cleaning connects clients with professional, insured, background-checked, and reliable cleaners. -
Booking Services
Clients can schedule cleaning services through our online booking system, by phone, or via email. -
Availability
We aim to accommodate preferred dates and times; however, all bookings are subject to availability and may be adjusted to fit both client and cleaner schedules. -
Payment

Payment is due upon service completion.

We accept credit/debit cards. A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your card the day before your cleaning. This is not a charge and will be released after the transaction is finalized.

If inaccurate information (e.g., number of rooms or property details) is provided during booking, additional fees may apply. You are responsible for settling all payments promptly. Failure to do so may result in collection efforts or legal action.

Pricing
We may adjust our pricing annually to reflect market changes and inflation. Clients will be notified of any price changes in advance. No price increases will occur without prior client approval. -
Cancellation/Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by 12:00 p.m. on the business day before your scheduled cleaning to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. This fee also applies if the cleaner cannot access your property at the scheduled time. -
Cleaner’s Arrival
Cleaners operate within a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, parking, and setup. If delays occur, you will be promptly notified. -
Property Access
Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the agreed-upon time. Alternative access arrangements should be communicated in advance if the client will not be present. -
Service Limitations

Cleaners do not handle hazardous materials, heavy furniture, or tasks requiring elevated work (e.g., ladder use).

Services requiring more than one sink of dirty dishes or other add-ons must be requested during booking and may incur additional fees.

Supplies and Equipment
Cleaners provide their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products to be used, please notify us in advance and supply these items if required. -
After-Clean Satisfaction

Any concerns about the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

If issues are reported, a re-clean of missed areas may be scheduled within five (5) days.

Refunds or discounts may be offered for minor concerns, but all claims must be resolved within three (3) days of our resolution offers.

Provide clear instructions and highlight any specific areas of focus or items requiring special care. -

Clients are encouraged to secure valuable or fragile items before cleaning. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or cleaning complications arising from clutter or unsafe conditions. -
Follow-Up
After your appointment, we may contact you to confirm your satisfaction. Recurring clients will only receive follow-ups after the initial three services unless additional feedback is required. -
Confidentiality
Client information is safeguarded per our Privacy Policy, accessible on our website. -
Feedback
Feedback is welcome and helps us improve. Please contact us to share your experience or raise concerns. -
Policy Updates
We may periodically update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
